I’ve just attended one of the regular webinars which Insights Discovery run for
their accredited practitioners. As always it was well worth the time, I always
get new ideas and energy from attending. Today’s was on Discovering Leadership
Effectiveness and included a model (above) which asks leaders to consider what
the leadership team should be focusing on, versus what they are currently
focusing on. For example, is the leadership team focusing on Visioning but they
should be spending more time on achieving Results? This is a helpful and different
