Sometimes when an individual needs help a training course is not the best tool to use: perhaps the right course does not exist or will not be available at the right time. One-to-one coaching can be helpful as an alternative to formal training: it can focus minds on the areas to work on, bring about fresh thinking or a different perspective or renewed confidence, and provide support to enable the individual to make the changes which will most help them.
Pearl Onion’s one-to-one coaching is tailored to meet the needs of the individual. A coaching programme will normally involve 4 to 6 sessions, face to face where feasible.
